There are two bathrooms and one outside shower to rinse off the saltwater and sand from the day. There is a family that lives up a hill behind this house that maintains the grounds, and ensures the security of the house. The family can cook and clean daily at your expense if you desire. Most vehicles are able to climb the hill to the house, but during the rainy season a 4x4 vehicle is suggested. Inquire with your leasing agent as to the condition of the road.
