This house combines modern architecture with it's incredible location nestled in amongst the trees of the tropical forest. It is not uncommon to see Howler monkeys frolicking in the treetops from your ample sized deck. Or watch the local bird life while drinking your morning coffee on the viewing deck above the house.

The living room and kitchen are both located on the entrance level with both bedrooms found downstairs. There is a fantastic ocean view from almost all parts of the house. The home shares a pool with one other house and has plenty of deck space for lounging and hammock time. The home comes fully furnished including a back up battery system

Balcones de Majagual has direct beach access to Los Playones beach where there is a small restaurant serving cold drinks, sandwiches and ceviche. Playa Maderas is located 10 minutes walk along the coast north and Playa Majagual is 10 minutes walk south. Maderas is one of the best surf beaches in the area and all three beaches are fantastic swimming beaches.
